NOTICE OF ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING

 

The Annual General Meeting of the Dachshund Club will be held preceding the Open Show at The Sports Connexion, Ryton-on-Dunsmore, Coventry at 10.00am on Saturday 25th February 2023

 

Please send Agenda items to the honorary secretary no later than 24th January 2023

 

Election of Officers.

Mr Lloyd Cross, Honorary secretary is prepared to stand again and does not require re-nomination.

Mrs Lynn Black, Honorary treasurer is prepared to stand again and does not require re-nomination.

 

Election of Committee

Mrs L Coverley, Mr M Chauhan, Mrs J Kay & Mrs L Sexton retire by rotation but are prepared to stand again and do not require re-nomination.

 

Please send nominations for the Committee to Mr. Lloyd Cross, honorary secretary no later than 31st December 2022, ensuring that your candidate has been a member of the Club for at least two years, is willing to stand and is proposed and seconded. Please submit a short CV for candidates indicating length of time in the breed, special interests and experience etc.

If necessary, ballot papers will be circulated with the Agenda.

 

SUBSCRIPTIONS 

Only fully paid members are entitled to make nominations, attend the AGM and vote at the AGM.

 

ALL MEMBERS PLEASE NOTE 

Membership runs from 1st January to 31st December and 

Subscriptions are due on the 1st of January,
