Club Spoons

The Club Offers spoons to members for every Challenge Certificate (up to a maximum of three spoons per dog) awarded by a judge who is on the club judging list.

Please apply to the secretary in writing within four weeks of of the show that you  won the Challenge Certificate at. The Secretary needs to know the name and address of the exhibit's owner, the name of the dog, the name and date of the show and the name of judge making the award. The form below may be used for your first claim.
